黑色調光膜卷膜末端出現約 17 公分的分層缺陷；換貨後現場開卷又於電極角落發現分層。A black PDLC film roll showed about 17 cm of delamination at the tail end; after replacement, on-site unrolling revealed delamination at the electrode corners again.
直貼式調光膜背膠層內出現顆粒。Particles trapped inside the adhesive backing of an adhesive-backed PDLC film.
調光膜面上出現線條狀異常。Line-shaped defects appearing across the PDLC film.
PDLC 捲料出廠時即帶有點缺、紋路等缺陷，若無缺陷地圖，裁切時會把缺陷裁進成品。PDLC rolls leave the factory already carrying point defects and streaks; without a defect map, those flaws end up cut into the finished panels.
通電後膜面出現點狀擊穿（爆點），可能整批或零星發生。Point breakdowns (breakdown spots) appear on the film once powered, either across a whole lot or scattered.
母線在大尺寸下與 ITO 導電層脫開，玻璃無法切換。完整 17 頁技術簡報另開新分頁。At large sizes the busbar separates from the ITO conductive layer, leaving the glass unable to switch. The full 17-page technical deck opens in a new tab.
膠合電控玻璃在固定片把手邊緣、門片鉸鍊邊緣出現脫膠；五金開孔周圍亦見氣泡狀脫膠。Laminated smart glass delaminated along the handle edge of fixed panels and the hinge edge of doors; bubble-like delamination also appeared around hardware drill holes.
玻璃門片在直角轉角開孔處反覆破裂，三次安裝三次裂。A glass door cracked repeatedly at the square-corner drill hole — three installs, three cracks.
膠合電控玻璃表面或內部出現白霧狀、由周圍向中心擴散，通斷電功能正常但透明度受損。A white haze forms on or inside laminated smart glass, spreading from the edges toward the center; switching still works but clarity is lost.
5+5mm 茶色半反射膠合電控玻璃表面出現滾輪痕跡。Roller marks appeared on the surface of 5+5mm tinted half-mirror laminated smart glass.
膠合電控玻璃成品顏色不均。Uneven color across finished laminated smart glass.
直貼調光膜完工數月後出現異常，檢測發現電極溫度異常。An adhesive-backed PDLC film acted up months after completion; testing found abnormal electrode temperatures.
會議室調光膜局部失效，需判定是斷路還是短路。A conference-room PDLC film failed in spots, and the question was whether it was an open or a short circuit.
調光膜逐漸變黃，但通斷電功能仍正常。The PDLC film gradually yellows, though switching still works normally.
玻璃邊緣出現黑色侵蝕痕跡（俗稱黑水），後續通電無反應。Black corrosion marks appear at the glass edge (known as edge corrosion), and the glass later stops responding when powered.
通電後玻璃上下兩端透明，中間段維持霧化。When powered, the top and bottom of the glass turn clear while the middle band stays frosted.
直貼調光膜面上出現手指狀擠壓痕。Finger-shaped pressure marks appear on the adhesive-backed PDLC film.
貼膜完成後，玻璃表面出現細粒康顆粒沾黏。After the film was applied, fine particles stuck to the glass surface.
調光膜背膠與玻璃之間出現氣泡。Bubbles form between the PDLC film's adhesive backing and the glass.
門扇安裝後無法正常關閉。The door would not close properly after installation.
5+5mm 膠合電控玻璃鎖後扭五金時破裂。5+5mm laminated smart glass cracked while the patch fitting was being fastened.
切換 on/off 玻璃無反應。The glass does not respond when switched on or off.
遙控器無法控制，變壓器無回應。The remote won't control the glass and the transformer doesn't respond.
通電後透明度不足或閃退。When powered, the glass isn't clear enough or keeps dropping out.
調光膜通電後肉眼可見閃爍。The PDLC film flickers visibly once powered.
