成因分析Root cause

現場地板不平整(內外側地板有高低差)、預留鐵框有大小頭(實測框內寬上 674 / 中 670 / 下 674mm),且下單前未復測。The site floor was uneven (a level difference between the inside and outside floors), the pre-set steel frame had uneven width (measured inside widths of 674 top / 670 middle / 674 bottom mm), and no re-measurement was done before ordering.

  1. 現場檢查表逐項實測:框內高寬多點量測抓出大小頭,門片尺寸由實測值逐步推算(例:高度 2150 − 17 門縫 − 15 外側地板加高 = 2118mm;寬度 670 − 8 左縫 − 10 右縫 = 652mm)。Measure every item on the site checklist: take multi-point inside height and width readings to catch uneven width, then derive the door size step by step from the actual values (e.g., height 2150 − 17 door gap − 15 raised outside floor = 2118mm; width 670 − 8 left gap − 10 right gap = 652mm).
  2. 對止水條與下緣縫隙做方案比較(縫隙 25mm 可外推但有縫 vs 10mm 無縫但門無法外推),把取捨交給業主選擇後才下單。Compare options for the water seal strip and bottom-edge gap (25mm gap allows outward swing but leaves a gap vs. 10mm no gap but the door can't swing outward), and hand the trade-off to the owner to choose before ordering.
  3. 若地板未完成,先預留厚度、完工後復測再下單。If the floor isn't finished, allow for its thickness first, then re-measure after completion before ordering.

玻璃開孔處張力較大,雙圓孔後扭五金鎖固時應力集中易裂。Tension is higher around glass cutouts, so when twin-round-hole back-mounted hardware is tightened, stress concentrates and the glass cracks easily.
